The poster will be evaluated holistically with the following criteria in mind:

1. Overall Appearance- how pleasing is the used of colors, text and graphics.

2. White Space – separation of different parts rather than having a solid mass of text and graphics.

3. Text / Graphics Balance – evenly dispersed text and graphics with enough text to explain the graphics

4. Text Size- can be read comfortably from a distance of 1 – 2 meters

5. Organization and Flow – easy to figure out the flow or organization of the different parts of the poster (through headings, numbering….)

6. Author, course, institution Identification

7. Main Points- explicitly labeled

8. References
